2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your bag products.

Standard Shipping: 15 business days
All stated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery periods may be affected by carrier operational delays, local customs clearance procedures, extreme weather conditions, regional logistical restrictions or statutory holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is packed, inspected and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email that includes your unique order tracking number and logistics carrier information.
Tracking details and real-time logistics updates typically become available within 24-48 hours after shipment. If you cannot find tracking information within the specified time, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address, postal code and contact information at checkout.
GARTO TRADING COMPANY LIMITED shall not be held liable for undelivered, misdelivered or lost orders caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid shipping information provided by customers. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, customers will bear the additional reshipping fees for secondary delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your bag package is confirmed lost during transit, please submit a consultation and claim request to our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and relevant logistics screenshots.
Damaged Items:
Due to the particularity of bag products, if your order arrives with damaged, deformed or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. You need to provide clear photos or videos of the damaged products, outer packaging and shipping labels for verification.
Our professional team will review your application promptly and provide reasonable solutions such as replacement, refund or partial compensation as soon as possible.

6. Product Care and Shipping Notice

Our luggage and bag products are packaged with protective materials to avoid extrusion and damage during transportation. Customers are advised to check the integrity of the package upon receipt. GARTO TRADING COMPANY LIMITED is not responsible for product damage, wear and tear or deformation caused by improper use, artificial collision, unauthorized modification or improper storage after delivery.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all international shipping orders, local customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other related charges may be levied by the destination country’s customs department. All additional customs-related fees are borne solely by the customer and are not included in the product unit price and shipping cost paid at checkout.
We will actively cooperate with customs clearance inspections, but we are not responsible for order detention, return or delay caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or non-compliance with local import regulations.
